RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Engraved jewelry items are also eligible for returns.

To request a return shipping label and generate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for your purchase, simply fill out our Online Return Form. Following this, a fully insured free return label will be sent to you on your registered email address. Each customer is eligible for two free return labels per order.

You cannot return or exchange products that are:

  • a. Damaged, modified or already worn by you.
  • b. Not listed on our website or specially crafted as per your request.
  • c. Repaired, re-sized or engraved by another jeweler.

All items must be returned along with the free gift(s) and any certificate(s) as provided in the original packaging. Once we receive your package, it will take up to 2 to 4 business days to process your return or exchange request. All returned items will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Team, and additional charges may apply based on the condition of the items or the resolution selected by you on the return’s portal. We will notify you of any such charges before processing your request.

If you choose to initiate returns after the completion of the 30-day return window, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Such returns will not be eligible for a free return label. You will be responsible for shipping the items back to the provided address. To request a return shipping label, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team.

Refund Policy

Once your return request is processed, the refund, excluding shipping charges, will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take between 8 to 12 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

For partial order returns, we will refund you for the returned items only. In case you fail to return the free gift, the amount mentioned on our website for that particular product will be deducted. The rest of the amount will be refunded to you.

All certificates need to be returned along with the product. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of $250 from your refund.

Additional Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges

Pack Your Jewelry Securely

Please ensure that you pack your item(s) in either the original product box or a sturdy alternative. Include a note inside the package with your name and order number. Specifically mention whether you require an exchange, return for refund or product re-sizing/repair.

All returns must have an RMA number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Items sent without an RMA number, packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted. For security reasons, avoid mentioning “Théa Diamonds” on the outside of the box.

Insure Your Return Shipment

We strongly recommend that you insure your shipment for its full purchase value. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

With our free return service, the provided shipping label includes insurance protection.

For cases when you are not using our free service (e.g., free return label quota already met, or returning for resizing, cleaning, or repairs outside of 30 days), we offer expedited return shipping. If you decide to ship the package yourself, you will not be charged for a re-shipping label since you are already covering the one-way shipping costs. However, if you want us to provide the label, there is a $35 (plus taxes) fee for one-way shipping within the US and $50 for international shipments. Re-shipping costs will be borne by us.

Repair & Re-sizing

Repair

If your repair request is raised within 30 days of delivery, there will be no charges for the repair or shipping. You can get your free shipping label through the Repair/Resize portal. Choose ‘Repair’ as the resolution.

If you have crossed the 30-day window, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team. You can also make use of the services covered under our Lifetime Warranty, but you will have to bear the shipping charges both ways, along with insurance.

We offer the following complimentary services under our Lifetime Warranty:

  • Re-polishing and cleaning of jewelry
  • Théa Diamonds or diamond tightening
  • Rhodium re-plating
  • Ring resizing
Re-sizing

Théa Diamonds offers one free ring resizing within the first year of purchase. If you raise the re-sizing request within the first 30 days of purchase, you will get free shipping both ways. But if you have already crossed the 30-day period, you can either choose to ship your package on your own or purchase a one-way shipping label from us. If you choose to ship the package yourself, you do not need to pay for re-shipping. We will take care of that.

Alternatively, if you prefer the convenience of purchasing a one-way shipping label from us, you can do so for a fee of $35 (plus taxes for domestic shipments) and $50 (international shipments). The re-shipping charges will be covered by us.

The next re-sizing will cost you $50. In some cases, where we need to remake the ring due to a major size difference, the charges may vary. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of the updated charges.

Shipping

Domestic
  • We offer FREE return shipping for US orders.
  • Once the package is in transit, rerouting to an alternate address will not be possible.
  • The shipping charges for all Lifetime Warranty services will be your responsibility. To ensure the safety of the product, you have two options: pay $35 (plus taxes) for a one-way insured shipping label or handle the shipping and insurance yourself. Either way, re-shipping costs will be covered by us.
International
  • International returns, return shipping and insurance will be your responsibility. To ensure the safety of the product, you can either pay for shipping with insurance or request an insured shipping label. A one-way insured shipping label will cost you $50.
